refund policy

All contributions to Flags365 are final. Once a contribution is confirmed, it is non-refundable, in full or in part, for any reason — including a change of mind, a round's outcome, or a country you supported not winning that day. This applies to every contribution regardless of amount.

A contribution buys a listing and a public display on the board for that round, not a prize or a financial return. That listing is delivered immediately once your contribution is confirmed, so there's nothing left to reverse.

A contribution that never completes payment (for example, you close the tab before confirming) simply expires unconfirmed and is never charged — there's nothing to refund because nothing was collected.

The one exception is a genuine processing error on our end — for example, being charged twice for a single contribution. Contact us and we'll investigate and correct a verified duplicate or erroneous charge. This is not a refund for a completed, correctly processed contribution.
