Flags365.com ("Flags365," "we," "us") is a live scoreboard where visitors support a country of their choice with a monetary contribution. By using the site or making a contribution, you agree to these terms and to the rules, which are part of this agreement.

A contribution buys a listing and a public display next to a country's flag for that round. It does not buy a chance to win money, a prize, a share, or any financial return. There is no randomness, no odds, and no payout of any kind. See about for more on what this is and isn't.

• You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to contribute.
• You're responsible for checking that participating and contributing is lawful where you live before you do it.
• We may refuse, limit, or reverse any contribution at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, card testing, or abuse.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. All contributions are in whole US dollars. Contributions are final and non-refundable — see the refund policy.

A contribution can include an optional public message and display name. You're responsible for what you submit. By submitting a message, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the site, including in the permanent archive of closed rounds. Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing. We may remove or hide content that violates these terms; removed messages are hidden, not deleted outright.

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time, including at the moment a round closes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flags365 isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you contributed in the 90 days before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
